oh lord, what beauty!! that sunset is unreal. and the washed up roping (i think) looks like an art installation. so enjoy looking at your pictures!

Thanks, Molly! The rope photo is my favorite for exactly the reason you mentioned--it reminded me of an art installation! I smiled to myself when I was over on your blog today and saw your previous post with the rope photograph. It’s like a before (on the Atlantic) and after (on the Pacific). Pretty cool…

Isn’t it the best?! My husband and son found it on a backcountry camping weekend out on the coast. They think it came from a barge (or other huge vessel), got tossed around for awhile and washed ashore. I’m so glad Joe had his camera along for the trip!
